GORD WIEBE
Gord co-founded Corpfin Capital in 2014 and is responsible for its overall business, including the origination and execution of investment strategies and objectives. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate asset & portfolio management in the United States and Canada, namely as Managing Director for U.S. Properties Group for the last 16 years and previously as Director and CFO of a Toronto Based Stock Exchange listed real estate company and as the owner/manager of a property leasing and management firm with $1 billion of real estate assets under his management.
In addition to leading Corpfin Capital, Gord still serves as Managing Director for U.S. Properties Group, focused on the acquisition, development, renovation and management of retail properties throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

LUC CORNELI
Luc co-founded Corpfin Capital and is a partner of the McCOR national property management platform.
Luc’s career in real estate goes back more than three decades, starting when he joined the management team of a small shopping centre in Quebec. Within a few years, he became responsible for managing and leasing five commercial properties. In 1987, Luc joined the leasing department of Burnac Corporation and 10 years later was named Vice President of Leasing, with a portfolio of 34 shopping centres in Quebec, Ontario and Atlantic Canada. While at Burnac, Luc led the development of several new shopping centres, taking charge of land acquisition, site planning, re-zoning construction and leasing. In 2000, he founded High Peak Leasehold Limited, a development consulting firm that evolved into High Peak Realties Inc., a real estate brokerage firm, and HPI Realty Management. In 2014 Luc joined Doug McDonald to form McCOR Management with offices across Canada.

DOUG McDONALD
Doug co-founded Corpfin Capital and is a partner of the McCOR national property management platform.
Doug brings over 25 years of senior real estate experience to McCOR Management. A proven industry leader within the commercial sector Doug has built an impressive portfolio of clients across Western Canada. Doug was also President and CEO of NewWest Enterprise Property Group, Western Canada’s leading independent third-party real estate management services provider, servicing over $2.2-billion of office, retail, industrial, residential, mixed-use and specialty properties. In 2014 Doug and Luc Corneli formed McCOR Management to service their clients with a national scope of services.

GLENN FEATHERSTONE
Glenn brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate from both a tenant and Landlord perspective. Most recently, Glenn handled 48 retail properties across major Canadian markets totalling over 14 million square feet, while Vice President Retail Leasing with Morguard Investments. During this time, he also developed and implemented property specific strategies designed to optimize market positioning and value which lead to the expansion and renovation of several properties across Canada including the introduction of the first H&M in Western Canada at Coquitlam Centre, Vancouver.
Having worked for Cineplex Odeon Corporation, Dylex Limited, Consumers Distributing and CIBC, Glenn was not only responsible for development and leasing for many locations across Canada but was also involved in negotiations in major metropolises in the United States.

GERRY BOCK
As Administrative Assistant for the Company, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She has spent her entire working career in the real estate services business. Gerry previously worked as an executive assistant for McCOR Management West and previously for New West Enterprise Management for a period of 20 years.
Gerry's role at CCI includes coordinating ownership investment liason and reports, as well as providing the coordination of other initiatives with the executive team.
